The mix of topsoil and mushroom soil is great for lawn top-dressing as well as planting for new spots. I've tried several other suppliers but their mix is hands-down the best.

I've been getting a mix of topsoil and mushroom soil from Pancoast for years to top dress my lawn and it's great stuff ! My lawn is the strongest where I've put down their soil.
